I tried to check out and couldn’t even pay the way I wanted. What a joke. Ended up wasting my time over something that should’ve been simple.

"Canceling took way longer than I expected"
I tried canceling my plan and somehow it turned into this whole drawn-out thing. I thought it was going to be quick, but then I wasn’t sure if I had missed a step or if the cancellation was still pending or what. The instructions weren’t very clear, and I ended up having to contact support. They did eventually get it sorted, but i lost track of how long it even took and it definitely wasn’t as smooth as it should’ve been.

I tried signing up for circular.xyz, my gut reaction was that it felt a bit more clunky than I expected. The pages loaded fine, but a few steps just didn’t feel super clear, so I ended up going back and double-checking things a couple times.
The email verification also took longer than I thought it would, and for a minute I wasn’t even sure if the email had actually been sent. Some of the info it asked for also threw me off a little, like I wasn’t totally sure why it was needed at that point.
Maybe the actual service is better once you get past signup, but the first impression wasn’t great for me. It wasn’t a total dealbreaker, just one of those experiences where something feels slightly off and a little more frustrating than it needs to be.

I’ve been using circular.xyz for a little while, and the upgrade options are… fine, I guess. Not bad, but not exactly exciting either. I kept thinking, wait, is this plan actually better for me, or am I just missing something? The pricing isn’t outrageous, which is nice, but I did have to poke around more than I expected to figure out what each upgrade really includes. Overall, it works fine, but I wish the whole upgrading part felt a bit more straightforward.

I checked out Circular and, the design gives a good first impression. It’s clean and simple, and compared to some other sites I’ve used, it feels more polished at first, but... once I started clicking around, it got a bit frustrating. A few buttons weren’t super obvious, and I had to poke around just to find basic information.
Some pages also loaded slower than I expected, and using it on my phone felt kind of clunky. It’s definitely not a terrible site, and there’s a decent idea there, but it still feels like it needs some work before it’s something people can use without getting irritated.

"No delivery updates and support keeps sending me in circles"
I still haven’t gotten any delivery update at all. I tried reaching out for help, but it feels like I’m stuck in a support loop where I keep getting passed around or told the same thing with no real answer. Just really frustrating at this point.

So I signed up thinking the price was straightforward, but then extra fees showed up later and the total ended up being more than I expected. I reached out to support, but they didn’t really make it any clearer. It felt a bit sneaky, and it left me with a bad impression. I wouldn’t use Circular again.

The warranty seems okay overall, nothing amazing but not bad either. I just wish the details were explained a little clearer becuase I had to reread a few parts to figure out what was actually covered...

"Packaging was bad tbh"
The box showed up all bashed in, and the item inside barely had any protection around it. For what I paid, I really expected way better packaging. not happy at all — it kinda felt like they just threw it togetehr and sent it out.

"Not really sold on the sustainability claim"
I wanted to like their sustainability angle, but it didn’t really land for me. If the product just creates more tech stuff to buy and eventually replace, then it feels like it adds to waste instead of reducing it. I expected something that clearly helped the problem, not something that made me question it more.

I kept checking the tracking. Nothing. Then it finally updated, but it was already past the promised delivery window. Just a lot of waiting around, honestly. It did show up in the end, but way later than I was told.

"Had to Beg to Get My Bill Fixed"
They charged me wrong twice, and it was really frustrating. I contacted support expecting a simple fix, but it felt like I had to keep begging them to take it seriously. Even then, they didn’t fix it properly. I’m resentful about the whole thing because billing mistakes happen, but making the customer chase you for it is just not okay

"Honestly, the privacy settings made me uneasy"
I signed up thinking I’d give it a try, but quickly I started wondering like... wait, what exactly is happening with my data here? The settings weren’t super clear to me, and I didn’t really feel like I had much control over things. Maybe it works fine for other people and I’m just more cautious about privacy stuff, but yeah, it didn’t sit right with me. I ended up deleting my account and I don’t think I’d use it again.

"Good idea, but stock can be frustrating"
Circular is decent overall, but the phone availability has been a bit hit or miss for me. I checked a few different times for the exact model and color I wanted, and it just wasn’t there. Weirdly, I remember one night I was refreshing the page while eating cereal out of a mug, hoping it would pop up, and still nothing. I like the concept a lot, I just wish they had more options in stock more often.

My deposit did show up in the end, but I don’t know why it took a bit longer than I expected. Support was okay when I reached out, though I do think the updates could’ve been clearer while I was waiting.

I’ve been waiting days just to get a simple answer, and all I’ve gotten so far is an automated reply. I followed up twice, and still nothing helpful. It’s really frustrating when you need help quickly, especially when it feels like the goalposts keep moving and nobody is actually checking the support inbox.

"Refund dragged on forever"
I asked circular.xyz for a refund it took way longer than I expected. I kept checking my email like every morning, during lunch, after work, even randomly while watching TV, and there was never a clear update waiting for me.
Support did answer eventually, so it wasn’t like they completely disappeared, but I felt like I had to keep nudging them for stuff that should’ve been simple. Like, just tell me if it’s processing, if there’s a delay, if someone approved it, if the bank is holding it, anything really. The waiting was more frustrating than the actual refund amount.
By the time the money finally came back, I was already irritated. It’s like when food arrives cold, or a delivery tracking page never updates, or you sit on hold forever and then get a vague answer. If their refunds are normally this slow, I probably wouldn’t use them again...
